Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$150,000 – $220,000

The CMH Marketing Strategy and Operations Senior Director will be responsible for advancing and pulling through our Cardiometabolic Health strategy, governance, CMH initiatives, and cross-functional integration. This role provides the chance to gain a comprehensive view of the entire CMH enterprise, influence critical work for today and the future, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders. It demands a bold, fast, and clear approach and ability to flex to the needs of the business. Learning agility and ability to take strategy to execution are key to success. This role reports to the AVP, CMH Sales Integration and Engagement.

Key elements of this role include:

  • Partner with AVP to develop and progress CMH objectives, priorities, and measurement
  • Drive clear, focused governance to progress CMH objectives.
  • Lead CMH project work as needed across strategy and operations.
  • Lead/coordinate issues management teams.
  • Provide strategic insight to and partner with HR and internal communications on culture/engagement.
  • Develop communications for CMH Lead Team/Executive Committee as needed
  • Work with CMH Group VP to take the complex and simplify for LT/EC communications
  • Provide commercial decision contrarian opinions for development assets.
  • Own and lead risk assessment process for CMH.
  • Lead CMH above brand team strategic session planning.
  • Handle Central CMH budget.
  • Support key operational needs across the CMH business unit.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 years or more of experience in commercial and/or capabilities
  • 3 years or more experience in marketing and/or marketing operations

  • Experience with data analytics and working with data analytics teams
  • Experience successfully managing cross-functional, complex projects
  • Experience formally leading, coaching, and developing people
