Tokyo Central Gardena is looking to expand our management team! Applicants must have experience in retail management, preferably at a supermarket or other similarly-sized retail operation. Familiarity with Japanese food and culture preferred. Bilingual in either Japanese or Spanish a plus.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from a two-year College is required; a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in a grocery chain establishment preferred. Customer service experience in a similar or comparable work environment, strong verbal communication skills supported by a pleasant and positive attitude of “can do” success
• Strong operational skills with focus on great time management
