Position Summary: Supply information and analysis to facilitate strategic planning and decision making. Provide project management support in the form of presentation preparation, research and analysis, planning, problem-solving, and risk analysis. The end result of the job include, market research studies, sales/production forecasts, financial forecasts, recommendations regarding business directions, plus business plan documents and strategy guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or in related field (Business, Accounting or Finance)
  • 5+ years related work experience
  • Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
  • Primary Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Group Company’s profitability and other business indicators
  • Plan and manage miscellaneous projects
  • Coordinate corporate and departmental business planning activities
  • Act as liaison with industry groups (researchers, associations, and industry media)
  • Create and modify short term and long term budget
  • Perform general analysis of financial statements
  • Analyze operational data and create variance report to top management
  • Reconcile data discrepancies and correct errors of all related areas
  • Participate in meetings to track management’s direction and to ensure that it is in line with the Company’s motives
  • Communicate and Coordinate corporate strategic business plan to all departments
  • Communicate with Parent Company in Japan and in U.S.
  • Coordinate schedule and gather/check all business plan
  • Coordinate evaluation meeting for Improvement Plan
  • Coordinate projects as assigned by executive president or manager.
  • Flexibility to travel to manufacturing plants in Nuevo Laredo and Matamoros, Mexico
  • TRMX support Requirement: Plan, Assist set up, check set up, check implementation, Evaluate and adj. for required project
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Works (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Formal presentation skills
  • Knowledge of advanced Financial, Accounting, and Management concepts
