Overview of the role

The Lead Product Integration Specialist is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the integration of new products into the market

within the SNOWFOX and SNOWFRUIT brands. This position involves presenting new products to retailers and at shows, preparing

necessary materials and ingredients (such as sushi, fruits, etc.), and managing events requested by the R&D, Operations and Business

Development teams. Additionally, the role includes creating products for photoshoots and video shoots.

Key Accountabilities
• Lead the integration of new products into various retail and event settings, ensuring seamless execution and presentation.
• Identify potential risks in product integration processes and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices for product integration and presentation.
• Represent the company at retailers and trade shows, showcasing new products and articulating their features and benefits to potential clients and partners.
• Oversee the planning and execution of events across multiple locations, working in close collaboration with Operations and Business Development teams.
• Ensure all necessary materials and ingredients for product presentations are meticulously prepared, including items such as

sushi, fruits, and other relevant products

Oversee the creation of products for photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring high-quality visual representation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product integration and improvement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of integrated products, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and future development strategies.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee budget allocation for product integration activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Ensure all product integration activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Special projects or tasks as ordered by the Senior VP of Product.

What you’ll need
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, product integration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for product presentation and innovation.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed for events and presentations.
