Audit Senior – Japanese Business Services

Plante Moran seeks in Detroit, MI to apply audit/tax theories and procedures for Japanese business clients. Identify engagement issues, appropriately assess impact and develop an appropriate plan for resolution. Resolve difficult audit, tax issues. Maintain appropriate level of supervision and work product review. Use effective coaching skills for on-the-job training of audit in-charges and staff. Demonstrate professionalism and dedication to clients. Develop relationships with current and prospective clients, including networking and practice development. Participate in formal client proposal process. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Must be fluent in Japanese. Plante Moran’s Japanese Business Services practice services more than 100 Japanese-owned companies globally. All members of the practice staff are fluent in Japanese. Staff does not act as translators but must be able to communicate complicated matters with all levels of management.
