Communicative and Proficient Japanese Bilingual Office Manager needed for Japanese Company!

A Japanese Manufacturing company specializing in laminating & coating equipment is looking for a full time, fully onsite Japanese proficient Bilingual Office Manager for their Norcross, GA location.
The right candidate will be responsible for coordinating communications between external specialists, vendors, and the Japan headquarters across various departments, including General Affairs, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, and Sales. The role also includes translation and interpretation, visitor reception, office maintenance, logistics support, document management, business travel arrangements, and assisting expatriates and business travelers with various procedures.
DOE and skills, the range pay for this position is between 60k-80k. This position also comes with great benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance.
Your essential duties will be as follows:
General Administrative Duties
・Coordinate communications between external specialists and the General Affairs Department at the Japan headquarters.
Procurement Support
・Assist in procurement transactions, facilitating communication between external vendors and the Purchasing Department at the Japan headquarters.
Construction-Related Administrative Support
・Provide administrative support for construction-related tasks, liaising between external contractors and the Manufacturing Department at the Japan headquarters.
・Accounting Support
・Assist with accounting-related administrative tasks, coordinating with external specialists and the Accounting Department at the Japan headquarters.
Sales Administrative Support
・Support sales-related administrative duties, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the Sales Department at the Japan headquarters.
・Translation & Interpretation
・Provide translation and interpretation support as needed.
・Visitor & Telephone Reception
・Handle visitor reception and telephone inquiries professionally.
・Office Maintenance & Equipment Management
・Ensure a well-organized and clean office environment, including office equipment management.
・Logistics & Import/Export Support
・Assist in logistics operations, including import/export procedures.
・Shipping & Receiving
・Manage the sending and receiving of goods.
・Office Supplies & Inventory Management
・Oversee the purchasing and inventory management of office supplies.
Document & Data Management
・Organize, update, and maintain documents and data files.
・Business Travel Arrangements
・Arrange hotels, rental cars, and other travel accommodations.
・Support for Expats & Business Travelers
・Provide support for expatriates and business travelers, including hospital visits, school, bank, and government office procedures.
Please consider the following qualifications when applying:
・English and Japanese bilingual proficiency required.
・At least 3 years of administrative or other support experience.
・Experience working for a company located in the U.S., not in Japan
