Role Summary:
We’re looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to build and lead the marketing function from the ground up. This is an opportunity to craft the brand voice, drive strategic growth, and shape how gamers worldwide engage with our platform.
The ideal candidate has a strong point of view on product positioning, a deep understanding of gaming culture, and the creative instincts to develop breakthrough campaigns. We want someone passionate about building a brand that resonates with players and fosters community engagement. If you have experience scaling a marketing function and a love for gaming, this role is for you.
You will report directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the brand voice – Establish what the company stands for and ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns – Create high-impact strategies that drive user engagement and growth.
- Work closely with creative assets – Oversee the development of video content, visuals, and social media materials.
- Build and manage a team – Structure, measure, and scale the marketing function to support the company’s rapid expansion.
- Engage with the gaming ecosystem – Stay deeply connected with the community, especially players in key game titles like sandbox, shooter, and open-world games.
