Global Next is our in-house creative, strategy, and production team dedicated to brands and agencies. Who You Are.

We’re looking for an experienced Brand Strategist who excels at crafting audience-centric ideas, strategies, concepts, and creative recommendations. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can light up a room as a storyteller, bring collaborative energy, and has the drive to do what’s best for both our clients and X’s business in the region..

What You’ll Do

  • Your role is to align audience insights, platform strengths, and our advertisers’ marketing objectives through innovative and creative use cases of the platform.
  • You will manage end-to-end responsibilities for accounts, ranging from short-term RFPs to long-term projects, strategic endeavors such as C-Suite presentations, and building groundbreaking activations on X.
  • You will be both a student and an expert of the X platform, driving thought leadership within agencies and brands around the creative potential of X.
  • You will successfully navigate the multilayered dynamics of agency, client, and marketplace while tailoring your outputs and speaking points to each respective audience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media and/or integrated marketing at an advertising agency, brand, or platform/publisher (multidisciplinary experience preferred).
  • Experience in building headline-worthy creative concepts, media solutions, and/or content programs at scale that can drive brand awareness and incremental customer engagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of X as both a user and a marketer, including a primary understanding of our platform’s advertising products and overall monetization model.
  • Strong creative and design skills, as well as experience in crafting compelling storylines and data-supported presentations to impact revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to leave an impactful impression through presentations and pitches.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and ever-changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Languages: English. Proficiency in a regional language [Korean, Japanese or Mandarin is a plus, but not mandatory
