    SUMMARY
    Provides expertise and analysis to managers and other employees within the department while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard. Works with minimum supervision.
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implements operational improvements in cooperation with each department to meet the requirements of governance rules that TTC Group companies are required to comply with.
    • Conduct audits of internal controls over financial reporting for related entities throughout locations in Mexico and the United States.
    • Plan and organize project assignments, document business processes, conduct audit procedures to support audit programs and test plans, and make recommendations to improve procedures and controls
    • responsible for assisting business units and subsidiaries in evaluating business lines for proper accounting treatment, establishing, performing, and monitoring internal controls, as well as remediation assistance.
    • Manages updates of rules and regulations.
    • Develops and implements governance training for employees.
    • Supports each department in responding to investigations by government agencies and internal audits by the parent company.
    • Implements improvement requirements in cooperation with each department.
    • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

    EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

    Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Minimum 6 – 9 years of experience in a similar position.

    TRAVEL

    30% minimum

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Good verbal/written communication skills. Ability to comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Good analytical skills. Knowing Japanese or Spanish is a plus but not required
