• Business development: Identifying new opportunities and expanding the company’s reach
• Strategic planning: Ensuring the organization is agile and responsive to market trends, and steering the company towards sustainable growth
• Operations: Overseeing daily operations, designing and implementing business operations, and identifying areas for improvement
• Financial management: Managing budgeting, forecasting, and supply chain
