We are looking for a talented, driven Executive Chef to join our team at Tako !
Tako is a lively, taqueria-inspired space that features a Mexican and Japanese fusion approach on street food.
The ideal candidate is a committed leader who is highly organized and hard-working. They have a proven track record of improving kitchen operations and developing staff members. They will typically be leading service five nights per week, developing a strong BOH team, and overseeing fiancials and cost of goods.
Experience and Qualifications:
-3+ years in a leadership position of a high volume kitchen
-Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
-Understanding of P&L statements, and ability to budget for BOH purchases and labor
-Ability to identify and develop talent within the team
-Passion for excellence and superior service standards
-A positive attitude with a teamplayer attitude
-Must be able to bend, stand, and move for entire shift
