• Position Overview:
Responsible for overall HR operations, including benefits administration, on/off boarding, payroll, employee relations, and visa administration for the company.

• What will you do:
• Maintain management of all HR areas while handling employee relations and projects
• Administrate employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, 401K, LOA, etc.)
• Prepare and process payroll, including deductions, taxes, and expatriate payroll via ADP
• Ensure compliance with FLSA & I-9 and applicable HR statutes and regulations
• Advise and counsel supervisors and managers on employee work problems, including disciplinary actions
• Assist with preparing immigration documents and visa petitions
• Train employees for coverage during absences and improve performance
• Manage offboarding processes, including exit letters, payments, and interviews
• Seek cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
• Maximize productivity through document management and policy development

• Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-paced environment
