Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Data & Segmentation Intern to join our Customer Growth Team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in customer data analysis, segmentation strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to data-driven initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and analyzing customer data, identifying key insights, and providing recommendations to support segmentation strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to implement segmentation across campaigns and product features.
• Support the tracking, reporting, and evaluation of campaign and feature performance.
• Conduct research on customer behavior to enhance personalization and engagement strategies.
• Assist in other related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, or Excel).
• Basic experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, or customer analytics platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English & Chinese, English & Japanese, OR English & Korean is preferred.
• Interest in Asian CPG products is a plus.
