ABOUT THE LUXURY AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT ROLE

Lexus’ sales philosophy is centered around the Japanese concept of omotenashi, which means “warm hospitality.” This philosophy emphasizes the customer-centric approach to car sales and focuses on anticipating client needs. In this position, our Lexus sales consultants are trained to cultivate strong relationships and to provide a welcoming environment that is comfortable, transparent, and truly an experience versus simply a transaction. Sales consultants are expected to collaborate with clients and provide suggestions tailored to their needs while also providing feature demonstrations and tutorials on the comprehensive technology in vehicles. Sales consultants will follow a process that is transparent from start to finish, sharing how pricing is determined based on market analysis and demand. This position is ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal savvy and relationship building in a sales setting, or for those individuals with premier-level hospitality experience.

In this role you will be required to work some evenings and every Saturday.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• PA Vehicle Sales License (we will help you acquire if needed)
