[Job Overview]
Summary of Duties:

• Lead maintenance and operation of open-system environments.
• Proactively resolve issues by closely collaborating with user departments and IT teams.
• Assess impact areas effectively during modifications of existing systems based on high technical proficiency.

General Maintenance and Operations Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Manage inquiry statuses and report to management.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Investigate impacts during system modifications.
• Develop and execute test cases based on business scenarios.

Skills:
Must have:

• Proven experience and achievements in leading development and maintenance on Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• IT knowledge for troubleshooting on Windows OS (authentication, network, etc.).
• Native English proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Experience with development and operations in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
• Intermediate proficiency in Japanese.
