Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$35.33 – $58.89

Position Brand Description:

To provide administrative leadership and developing the technical expertise of manufacturing employees. Assuring quality behavior in the area and suggesting technical improvements for their areas. Direct line supervision for line leaders and operators.

Key Objectives / Deliverables:

  • Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.
  • Ensure strict compliance with established policies/procedures (Safety, Production Procedures, Sanitization, Gowning, Etc.), ensure operators are trained appropriately.
  • Take ownership for implementation of countermeasures associated with audits, observations, inspection findings, and deviations.
  • Participate in planning of filling operations. Network with various areas to verify components and equipment are available for future orders.
  • Identify issues to the Manager / Associate Director (if applicable).
  • Responsible for the coaching, development and performance evaluation of Operators.
  • Act as both administrator and technical leader for operations, setting a good example through demonstrated knowledge of procedures, compliance with quality systems and use of proper technique.
  • Responsible for shop floor execution as it relates to business plan, GMP conformance, and OSSCE.
  • Understanding of good aseptic technique

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Parenteral manufacturing or filling experience
  • Experience working with electronic manufacturing execution system

Other Information:

  • Position is a 3-2-2-3 schedule with hours of 1745-0600.
  • The candidate must be flexible with hours. Must be available to attend meetings on other shifts as business need occurs.
  • Some overtime will be required
