Responsibilities:

  • Support Culinary Operations: Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking food, expediting, managing inventory, and supervising kitchen staff.
  • Maintain Culinary Standards: Operate all hot and cold culinary stations proficiently and ensure food quality and presentation meet departmental standards.
  • Manage time efficiently in a high-volume atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a full-service or production kitchen, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Culinary Education: Associate degree or higher in culinary arts, or equivalent work experience in a comparable role.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in cooking methods, preparation of soups, stocks, sauces; sushi and Asian cuisine experience
Minimum USD Salary: 60,000
Maximum USD Salary: 85,000
