Japanese Domestic and Classic Car Sales

EST Imports and Classic Cars, is seeking a highly motivated person to add to our current sales team. Must be a team player, success oriented with strong phone, and sales ability. Online sales experience is a plus and computer and online skills are a must. Send resume with work experience for immediate consideration.
Store Hours:

• Mon – Fri: 9am – 5pm
• Sat:9am – 4pm

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Professional communication with potential customers and consignors via email, telephone and in person
• Gain in-depth knowledge of a multitude of classic and exotic automobiles
• Monitor and update CRM and other automotive leads
• Continuous communication with ofce and shop staff to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers ensure all expectations are being met

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong communications skills – both verbal and written
• Prior car sales experience necessary
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close a deal
• Steady work history
• CRM use experience a plus
