WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR

As the General Manager of our Novi location, you will lead day-to-day operations while cultivating a team environment that delivers exceptional customer service and high-quality food & beverage experiences. You will oversee staffing, training, financial performance, and operational execution while upholding the mission, values, and high standards of Paris Baguette.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Drive Performance: Monitor financials, create budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to hit sales and profitability targets.

* Lead Operations: Schedule, organize, and manage daily café functions across departments while maintaining compliance with company standards.

* Develop Teams: Hire, train, mentor, and manage café staff. Provide coaching, performance reviews, and career development opportunities.

* Customer Experience: Champion outstanding service. Handle guest concerns with empathy and ensure memorable service experiences.

* Grow the Brand in Novi: Foster local community relationships, boost catering and café revenue, and represent the Paris Baguette brand with pride.

* Ensure Safety & Quality: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Comply with health, safety, and food regulations.

* Model Leadership: Set a positive tone, drive morale, and serve as a role model of Paris Baguette’s values every day.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

* Minimum of 2–3 years of general management experience (foodservice or hospitality preferred)

* Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills

* Hands-on experience with POS systems and operational tools

* Proven P & L knowledge and ability to drive business results

* Passion for people, culture, and customer service

* Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

* Ability to become certified in Paris Baguette’s food safety program within 30 days of hire
