Summary of the Position:

The Data Analyst position is responsible for assisting Data Management Manager in managing and creating reports using different data sources to provide the company with better understanding of the corresponding matter for better decision making. This position also requires managing and facilitating the Ringi procedure while assisting the Data Management section. The Ringi responsibility will report to the Accounting and Finance Controller.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating Ringi procedure. Acting as main point of contact for Ringi related matters.
• Assisting Data Management section on gathering and and creating periodical reports and reports based on requests.
• Assisting monthly, quarterly, and yearly book closing.
• Other signed tasks.

Certificates & Licenses:

• California State Driver’s License

Language Ability:

• Speak, Read and Write English and Japanese fluently is must

• Indoor (Artificial Lighting; Air Conditioned)
• Outdoor (Store parking area, and/or travel between stores)
• Noise Level is moderate

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must have a degree in business or related field which demonstrates competencies and skills in interpreting financial data and business management.
• Prior experience in data analysis at least 3 years.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese.
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Integrity and the ability to manage confidential information with a high level of discretion
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• High proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially World, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be punctual.
