Job Summary

The International Merchandising & Planning Analyst partners with regional merchants to support forecasting, product planning, and order management for international distributors and partners. This role provides analytical insights to the product and international sales teams, leveraging both historical and forward-looking data. The analyst is also responsible for ad-hoc reporting and the development of dashboards that inform strategic decision-making within the International Business Development team.

Essential Functions

  • Partners with the APAC Merchandiser to support range development, forecasting, and data-driven analytics.
  • Contributes to the creation and execution of key milestone presentations for internal and distributor-facing initiatives.
  • Collaborates with Sales Operations to design and enhance product analytics dashboards that inform business decisions.
  • Manages the development, maintenance, and timely delivery of catalogs for the global distributor network.
  • Coordinates with global partners to standardize forecasting, purchasing, and shipping processes across regions.
  • Co-manages shipping and invoice documentation for international distributors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Gathers, organizes, and maintains importation and compliance documentation from international partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in merchandising, forecasting, product planning, operations, international business support, or related field.

Any equivalent combination of experience and education that clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong experience with Excel and data analysis.
  • PowerPoint or equivalent presentation software experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting international distributors or global operations preferred.
  • Language proficiency: Spanish, Korean, Japanese, or Thai is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of merchandising, forecasting, and order management.
  • Ability to analyze data, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Flexible and collaborative, able to work effectively across multiple time zones to support global teams and inititatives.

Travel – up to 5% of the time

Base Salary: $68,300 – $75,900 yearlyThis range represents the low and high ends of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
