Overview of the role
The Central Operations Manager role serves as a link between the central office team, field team and retail partners. You(along with your SDCO) will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional operational and commercial standards throughout the retailers we operate in. You will be responsible for ensuring all Senior Directors, Regional Directors, and Regional Managers are maintaining required company standards and hitting profitability and business partnership goals. Coordination and Analysis will be necessary to develop an in-depth knowledge of all operational procedures and processes to rollout guidance and direction.

Key Accountabilities
- Support the field operations team with reporting, cascading key operational updates, and supporting with managing retail partner requests.
- Implementation of new ideas to develop detailed and functional working systems in which would benefit operational structures and standards.
- Report any business-critical concerns regarding operations (safety or otherwise) to the Senior Director of Central Operations/ VP.
- Establishing rapport with key retailer contacts to execute developmental goals and build strong regional units.
- Cultivation and analysis of data reports to reflect on operational performances and pinpoint areas for growth and improvement within the operations sector. Reports include Weekly/Monthly Scorecard, COF and Case Sales Analysis, Void, and Empire Maintenance Mission reports.
- Maintenance of Weekly/Monthly Mandatory Item reports, 3rd Party Delivery Reports (where applicable), Store Inspection completion and Janus 360 admin upkeep.
- Management of team incentives and announcing Incentive/ Regional Manager of The Month Winners.
- Collaboration with neighboring departments to aid in promotion of our operational working systems such as the training team to ensure there is both a Pro-active and Reactive training program running throughout the divisions and QA, to ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed to both brand and retailer standards throughout the partnership.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement by providing coaching towards operational leaders to execute operation developmental strategies and goals. This includes the coordination of action plans and workshops to enforce engagement towards needed operational improvements.
- Having a positive outlook and nurturing style that supports the field team in their day to day role.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
- 2+ years of experience in operations or project coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
