• An ability to adapt between U.S. and Japanese business environments with ease.
• Willingness to travel internationally (about half your time).

Bonus points if you:

• Have worked directly with Japanese investors or in Japan-based finance roles.
• Understand real estate investments, private equity, or alternative assets.
