Schedule Details:
Our Call Center operates from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Work schedule will be assigned based on business needs.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Tour Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal customers as well as external guests via phone, email and Teams chat.
- Coordinate timeshare appointments (new bookings, reschedules, cancellations) with the appropriate sales office to improve tour slot availability in all Asia Pacific (APAC) Sales offices.
- Provide quick and courteous assistance to complete the tour booking process in a timely manner. Confirm and document transportation needs as required for tour presentations.
- Accurately input tour information (required tour information, promotions, premiums, etc.) into approved systems (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse).
- Upon the request of Sales management or Sales Gallery personnel, move tours between sales offices.
- Demonstrate the ability to be attentive to details while working in a multi-tasking environment that requires constant need for the use of accurate coding, extensive follow up, lead corrections and completion of tour feedback forms.
- Ensure all internal customers adhere to the complex tour rules and special marketing programs in the APAC region.
- Adhere to protocol standards as established by Hilton Hotels Corp, HGV Club and the department Manager.
- Perform any reasonable request by management that supports the department’s mission and goals.
Qualifications
To fulfill this role successfully, the following minimum qualifications and experience is required:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and experience using 10-key keypad
- Ability to provide professional customer service over the phone
- Intermediate interpersonal skills with the ability to comprehend and communicate in English both verbally and written
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment
- Moderate skills with working with multiple programs and screens simultaneously
- High School Diploma or equivalent
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Japanese and/or Korean speaking
- Previous phone experience or Call Center experience
- Previous data entry experience
- BA/BS/bachelor’s degree
