That high-energy, late-night spirit carries straight to the bar-our Barbacks are the heartbeat, stocking spirits and glassware, hauling ice, changing kegs, and keeping garnishes, juices, and syrups prepped so our theatrical cocktail program never misses a beat. This is a tipped position-you’ll earn tips each shift in addition to hourly pay.

What You’ll Do

• Stock spirits, beer, wine, glassware, ice, garnishes, juices, and syrups throughout service
• Change kegs, crush boxes, organize walk-ins/storage, and rotate product (FIFO)
• Maintain a pristine, safe, and efficient bar (wipe, sanitize, polish, sweep, mop)
• Support bartenders with garnish/juice prep and dish/ware runs as needed
• Reset the bar between rushes and at close; complete side work and checklists
• Communicate clearly, move with urgency, and anticipate needs in a high-energy, drug-free, high-standards environment

• Reliable transportation and rock-solid dependability
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods
• Positive attitude and pride in clean, organized work
• Night/Weekend/Holiday availability (most shifts are evenings)
• Food Handler/ABC permit (or ability to obtain per local requirements)

• Wednesday: 4 PM – 12 AM
• Thursday-Friday: 4 PM – 2 AM
• Saturday: 11 AM – 2 AM
• Sunday: 11 AM – 12 AM
