As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to keep the energy high, the operations smooth, and the guest experience flawless.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with Atlas Core Values-setting the standard for hospitality and professionalism.
• Be the go-to problem solver, handling guest and staff concerns with confidence and care.
• Keep the dining room buzzing by managing staff presence and guest flow.
• Coach, recognize, and grow your team-ensuring accountability while celebrating wins.
• Oversee daily essentials: opening/closing duties, floor charts, inventory, Avero logs, Micros, and more.
• Support beverage and supply ordering, inventory management, and cost controls.
• Step into leadership whenever needed-covering shifts, leading pre-shift meetings, and ensuring a smooth service.
• Keep our restaurant organized, from storage areas to small wares, and everything in between.
• Collaborate with leadership to recommend improvements and drive innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading in a high-volume, hospitality-driven environment (1-2 years management experience preferred).
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and show the team how it’s done-from serving to bartending to hosting.
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and spirits is a plus (bonus points if you’re passionate about Japanese cuisine and beverage culture).
• A natural leader with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
