• Key Responsibilities
- Perform reception duties such as authorizing visitors, accepting deliveries, arranging outgoing shipments, sorting and distributing mail, answering calls, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Provide administrative support including office and kitchen supply management, coordination of company events, handling corporate communications, and general administrative tasks.
- Handle payment operations and prepare fixed-form documents such as invoices and internal management reports using Microsoft Excel and other business software.
- Assist with payroll operations for expatriate employees.
• Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in general business administration, including reception, payment handling, and documentation tasks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and management in both English and Japanese.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a mindset to improve processes.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment with sensitivity to cross-cultural communication.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal).
Minimum USD hourly rate: 25.00
Maximum USD hourly rate: 30.00
