Job Title: Adjunct Teaching – History – HIST 206R: Regional and Thematic Studies in Family History: Asia (Evening)

Position Start Date: January 2, 2026

Required Degree: PhD in Asia Studies, History, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or related area.

The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience: Experience with Asian historical and/or genealogical research (required), college-level teaching experience (preferred)

Duties/Expectations: Adjunct professor to teach one section of History 206R Regional and Thematic Studies in Family History: Asia (1 credit) through Evening Classes in Winter Semester 2026. Duties include teaching courses, holding office hours, grading student work, attending occasional faculty training meetings, and teaching curriculum that aligns with established learning outcomes.
