Job Description
Role:
- Support in the day-to-day workflow of the 3 New York-based senior Corporate Access Managers. Key will be to proactively assist with follow on tasks/deliverables associated with corporate roadshows and expert events
- Coordinate US roadshows, both in person and virtual, for European, Latin America and APAC listed corporates meeting with US and Canadian investors
- Ownership of expert events and roadshow logistics end to end: meeting invites, ground transportation, hotel bookings, coordinating conference rooms, catering and managing any other ad hoc tasks
- Collaborate and liaise with multiple teams, including but not limited to, the Research and Sales departments across multiple offices
- Attend relevant conferences and assisting where needed (occasional travel may be required)
- After hours support will be required, on occasion – to assist in the event of a missed flight, bad weather, or any last minute changes related to in progress roadshows or events. This is a team effort and not the responsibility of one person.
- Update data and information in our Client Relationship Management system
- Ownership of APAC and LATAM analyst marketing into the US
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience including heavy administrative support and/or travel coordination
- Highly organized with strong communication, attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work well and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, pro-active and a high care factor
- Ability to work well under pressure while being adaptable and flexible
- Prior experience working within an investment bank is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office suite; including Outlook and Excel
- Works well with people at all levels
- A plus but not required: fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000 – $120,000.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
