Nana’s Green Tea is an international Japanese tea cafe brand. There are over 100 locations world wide, and we are hiring specifically for the bakery team that supports the Seattle and Bellevue locations. We make authentic Japanese pastries using high quality ingredients imported from Japan.

We have two pastry departments that work hand in hand to produce the croissants and the cakes for both storefronts. We are currently working out of a commissary kitchen and are looking for a part-time or full-time availability.

Our ideal candidates would be:

• Available to work 4-5 days a week
• Able to start work early mornings (either 5:00 AM/5:30AM)
• Detail-oriented and able to follow exact recipes to execute the highest quality of products
• Works well independently and values communication
• Has at least 1 year of experience with commercial baking or large quantity baking at home
• 18 years of age and up
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to get/already has food handler’s permit
