About the location:

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Restaurant Chef who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
The Restaurant Chef reports to the Executive Chef and will be accountable of self, restaurant outlet, and staff with the goal to plan, organize, control and direct the work of employee in the Noe kitchen department while ensuring superior quality & consistency.
What you will do:
- Runs the day-to-day operation in a high-volume high pace signature restaurant
- Supports and proactively contributes to the alignment with the F&B concept in the outlet, continuously leading the creative process
- Must have great guest approach
- Very strong leadership skills to support his kitchen team with hands on approach and constant training
- Strong personality to establish restaurant in the market as the leader in its category
- Proactive alignment with restaurant General Manager, F&B Director and Executive Chef in driving quality and financial results
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 6 years of work in Italy required.
- Restaurant supports wedding operation of hotel – experience with Japanese weddings preferred
- Strong leadership skills to establish great kitchen team

Compensation: $95,000 – $110,000 per year
