Schulte Companies the management company for Waterstone Resort & Marina, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking an energetic, experienced, and hands on Part Time Server Assistant (Bus Person) to join our team at Kasumi our new modern Japanese restaurant.

Located within the Waterstone Resort & Marina, Kasumi brings a new level of sophistication to Boca Raton’s waterfront dining scene – a contemporary Japanese restaurant from James Beard Award-winning chef Takashi Yagihashi and renowned chef/restaurateur Jonathan Fox. With over 60 years of combined culinary expertise, the Chicago-based duo brings a refined yet modernized take on traditional Japanese cuisine. Kasumi offers sweeping waterfront views that serve as a serene backdrop for its meticulously crafted dishes. The menu features a refined selection of sushi and sashimi, crafted with a mix of locally sourced seafood and prized cuts flown in from Japan’s top markets. Each dish is prepared with the precision and care that reflects the spirit of omotenashi, the Japanese philosophy of wholehearted hospitality and attention to detail.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen

Wipe tabletops and chairs

Set tables with silverware and glassware

Take out garbage

Change beverage syrups

Run food from kitchen to restaurant as needed

Complete side work duties

Assist wait staff as needed

Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of High School education

Minimum of one (1) years in a hotel/restaurant service role preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to communicate effectively verbally

Ability to exceed expectations of guests

Team player
