Full Time Live-in Japanese Nanny Wanted

We are a young family living near Denver, CO seeking a live-in native-speaking Japanese nanny to care for our 4-year-old daughter, starting immediately.

We are a warm, energetic young family—mom, dad, and our easy-going 4-year-old daughter—living near Denver, Colorado. We love discovering local restaurants, summer camping adventures, cycling, music festivals, dining out, and spontaneous travel, often with friends and family visiting. Our home is full of joy, outdoor fun, and cultural curiosity. We’re seeking a dedicated, native Japanese-speaking nanny (ideally live-in) to provide nurturing, engaging, Japanese-language-rich care for our daughter, while contributing to a welcoming household.

The Role

This is a full-time live-in nanny position (preferred; exceptional live-out candidates considered) focused on creating joyful, hands-on daily experiences for our daughter. You’ll immerse her in Japanese through conversation, stories, songs, games, and routines—while being a trusted, proactive, professional team member who helps keep the home running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Full daily childcare: Morning/evening routines, healthy & fun meal/snack preparation, engaging playtime & activity planning (indoor/outdoor, crafts, educational), school pick-ups/drop-offs.
• Afternoon/evening support: Homework help (as she grows), bathing, bedtime routines with Japanese stories or educational activities.
• Pet care: Teaching and assisting our daughter in responsibly caring for family pets (feeding, light grooming, play).
• Proactive household help: Light tidying of play areas/child spaces, child-related laundry/organization, general household assistance (e.g., putting groceries away, bringing in mail, etc. ).
• Housesitting & travel support: Care for the home and pets while the family travels (with advance notice), occasional flexibility for family outings, date nights, or events.

Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker (essential—please apply only if you are native in Japanese).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (valid work authorization; we do not sponsor visas).
• Valid, clean driver’s license (car access provided for local errands/school runs/activities).
• Comfortable with pets and happy in an active, pet-friendly home.
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented — you take initiative, notice what needs doing, and genuinely enjoy contributing to a welcoming household.
• Reliable, warm, energetic, nurturing personality—excited to create fun, hands-on experiences for a 4-year-old while maintaining clear professional boundaries and discretion.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, with flexibility to adapt to our family’s schedule.
• Live-in: Luxury private accommodation (private room/bathroom suite) for a single person, access to a home gym, meals included while working, car access for local errands, expenses covered for kid-friendly activities/outings.
• Monthly flat salary: Salary based on experience.
