Summary:
The Sushi Cook is responsible for preparing sushi and other various food products, ensuring the quality and presentation of food products prepared, performing all station functions necessary in the prep and cooking areas, providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times, and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Sushi Chef depending upon local requirements.
