Inside Sales ( Sales Assistant)

Outgoing and Responsible Japanese Bilingual Candidate needed for Inside Sales Opportunity at Japanese Company!!!

A Japanese manufacturing company focusing on electronic components is currently looking for a full time Japanese-Bilingual Inside Sales Assistant  to join their Plano, TX location.

This position is considered an entry level one, so if you’re looking to get your career started in Japanese companies, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Japanese & English Proficiency ( Intermediate or higher) is a must and proficiency in MS Excel is a big plus!

The yearly pay for this position is 50k and it includes great benefits.

Your essential duties would be as follows: 

– Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing sales with sending invoices to the customers

– Coordinate sales-receive and enter PO details in QuickBooks and Excel

– Contact plant to place orders based on POs from the clients

– Maintain PO related documents to store in each certain locations

– Arrange samples for customers

– Manage accounts and provide account management support

– Prepare packages of our products

– Arrange shipping with UPS, FedEx, DHL

– Translate materials between Japanese and English for internal and external

– Communicate with new potential customers to understand their needs.

– Communicate with plants overseas to arrange shipping schedules, get updated quotes and product information, etc.

– Prepare quotes for customers.

– Gather forecast information from customers and generate report to share with team

– Calculate sales budgets and generate report to share with team

– Report Sales Data to HQ daily

– Contact to the companies who could be our potential customers to get appointments for new meetings

– Research market to understand the share

– Communicate with IT department if there is any issues on PC or networks

– Report Inventory Control, Sales Data every end of the month

Please consider the following qualifications when applying: 

– Proficiency in Japanese (Intermediate Japanese or higher)

– Familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a plus

– Excellent customer service and communication skills

– Experience in outside sales is advantageous
