Bilingual Sales at Japanese Manufacturer

Proactive and Diligent Japanese Bilingual Candidate needed for Sales Opportunity at Japanese Manufacturing Company!!!

A Japanese Manufacturing company specializing in electronics parts is currently seeking a full time, Japanese-English Bilingual Salesperson to join their Novi, MI location and help them further develop their company in the US market.

The company specializes in handling highly valuable and detailed electrical parts, primarily in the automotive industry.  The company is looking for a candidate to expand their products  into the U.S. market through new business development.

DOE and skills, the pay range for the position would be between the 80k-100k mark with amazing benefits.

Your essential duties would be as follows: 

・Make contact with NEW customer

・Set up meeting with customer

・Get program information

・Provide samples

・Technical negotiation (spec, quality, packing)

・Arrangement for 2nd and later sample

・Agreement on spec

・Agreement on price

・Receive firm PO

・Make/Management budget

・Report customer FCST, production schedule

・Negotiate for leveling production

・Supplier portal operation and management (Sales, Quality related items)

Please consider the following qualifications when applying: 

・5+ years of sales experience in automotive industry

・Experience in new business development and sales

・Experience in project management

・Business experience using Japanese
