• Focus on hard-to-fill roles and urgent coverage needs
• Build talent pipelines through outreach and community engagement

Customer Service Associate (CSA)
• Serve as a primary client contact via phone and email
• Support onboarding, resolve issues, and manage service requests
• Maintain accurate CRM records and strengthen client relationships

• Generate qualified leads through calls, email, and outreach
• Support sales pipeline growth and meeting scheduling

Scheduling Associate (SA)
• Coordinate scheduled and urgent interpreter requests
• Manage confirmations, changes, and last-minute coverage
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls

Billing Specialist – AR & Collections
• Manage invoicing, payments, and collections
• Resolve billing inquiries and maintain financial accuracy
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams
