Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Marketing Specialist (English/Japanese) to support field marketing initiatives and drive lead generation through in-person events and campaigns. This role plays a key part in expanding market presence and supporting sales efforts through high-touch marketing programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to contribute to a scaling organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events
- Develop and manage event strategies focused on lead generation and brand awareness
- Coordinate logistics such as venues, vendors, materials, and post-event follow-up
- Partner with internal marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Create and localize marketing materials in both English and Japanese
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and ensure timely handoff to sales
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, events, or demand generation
- Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English (required)
- Strong understanding of event-based marketing and lead generation tactics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel for industry events as needed
- Experience with CRM tools
