About the Role:

As a Brand Ambassador or Port Shopping Expert, you’ll deliver unforgettable luxury retail experiences aboard premium cruise ships. You’ll be the face of Effy—hosting events, educating guests, and building relationships that turn moments into milestones. This is not just a job — it’s a career defined by discovery, Art of excellence, and global elegance.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Engage cruise guests with confidence and charisma

• Present and sell fine jewelry collections through storytelling and exceptional service

• Host seminars, private appointments, and onboard events

• Collaborate with international teams to deliver top-tier retail performance

• Build a rewarding career in luxury retail with continuous opportunities for growth and development.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• A magnetic, polished presence with excellent communication skills

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or hospitality (jewelry experience is a plus)

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus)

• A self-motivated team player with a passion for people and luxury

• Adaptability to ship life, long hours, and living at sea
