Job Description
Position Summary
Provides administrative support for the General Affairs Department. Assists with daily operations, coordination, and management support to ensure smooth office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable and document management
- Coordinate accommodations for guests and trainees
- Assist with Japanese expatriate-related administrative matters
- Handle important mail and communications with the parent company in Japan
- Answer and route external phone calls
- Support coordination of Board meetings and related administrative tasks
- Translate documents between Japanese and English as needed
- Ensure accuracy and continuous improvement in administrative processes
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to occasionally lift and handle heavy files
