One of the leading financial institutions is seeking a Bilingual Japanese, Customer Support Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Prepare various reports to perform reconciliation and checking process

Understand proper operational workflows

Cooperate with other teams to provide good customer services

Manage communication records

Manage checklists on time

Perform other customer services related tasks as requested

Requirements

Bilingual Japanese/English

Excellent communication skills

Excellent MS Word, Excel skills

MS Access a plus

Bachelor’s degree

Detail Oriented

Team Player

Experience in Financial Industry a plus
