• Position Overview
The HR & Recruiting Assistant provides cross-functional support across both Human Resources operations and Talent Acquisition activities. This role is responsible for facilitating a smooth and efficient recruitment process while ensuring accurate and reliable HR operations. By supporting both hiring and administrative functions, the position plays a key role in enabling organizational growth.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of accountability.
• Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Create job postings and manage publication across various job boards
• Conduct direct sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Manage applicants using the ATS and track selection progress
• Screen resumes and handle initial candidate interactions
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including notifications and follow-ups
• Assist in preparing offer letters
• Conduct reference checks as needed
• Support pre-onboarding preparations and onboarding activities
2. HR Operations
• Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Prepare employment contracts and related HR documentation
• Assist with social insurance and labor-related administrative processes
• Support attendance and leave data management
• Input and update employee data in HRIS
• Assist with benefits administration
• Respond to internal HR-related inquiries
3. Data Management & Reporting
• Track recruitment KPIs (applications, pass rates, time-to-hire, etc.)
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports
• Ensure proper handling of personal and confidential information
• Organize and maintain HR-related documents and records
• Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills
• Experience using ATS and HRIS systems
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders
