We’re currently in search of a Food & Beverage Manager for our rooftop restaurant, WATR serving Japanese-influenced cuisine in a bright and breezy environment with stunning ocean views. We’re specifically seeking someone with strong beverage knowledge who can complement and elevate our overall dining experience. Someone who shares these values and will champion them. Who strives to be a leader second-to-none, knows how to motivate a team, elevate standards, and cultivate an environment for learning as we all continue to grow. We’re looking for a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions. Most important, someone who’s not afraid to get in the trenches with their team to achieve the ultimate outcome.

About you…

Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.

Strong beverage knowledge, with the ability to enhance and elevate the overall guest experience.

A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
