JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically savvy, and reliable candidate for Project Manager to server as the primary strategic lead for our key accounts. This is a high-visibility role requiring a sharp business mind and a proven ability to architect and implement high-level program initiatives for mission-critical industrial computing solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the complete lifecycle – from initial technical consultation and product design through the complex order cycle and mass production – to enhance business development and ensure long-term sustainability.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to drive business development, streamline product design processes, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a keen understanding of project management Principles, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

On-Time Delivery (OTD): Ensuring complex, custom IPC orders meet strict deployment schedules.

    • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
    • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
    • Meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.

Design-to-Production Velocity: Reducing the time between a key account’s initial design request and the final hardware prototype.

    • Have the ability to discuss with customers for product design.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Provide the first line of contact with the customer throughout the process.
  • Act as liaison with each department along the production process to ensure timelines are met.
  • Maintain, build & strengthen customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Must adhere to Quality Management System.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

  • It is highly advantageous for the candidate to possess substantial experience in the field of Product Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Business Management or 4-6 years of computer industry-related experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Strong oral, written, and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and general computer knowledge. SAP is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English, and/or Spanish, Mandarin, or Japanese) is a plus, particularly to support communication with overseas factories and vendors.
