Non-profit organization in Downtown Chicago’s organization is seeking Business Development Coordinator to support business development activities between U.S. and Japanese companies. This role focuses on investment promotion, partnership development, and coordination of business projects and events.
Key Responsibilities
• Support business development initiatives and partnerships between U.S. and Japanese companies
• Assist with market research, client outreach, and relationship management
• Coordinate seminars, events, and business matching activities
• Maintain CRM data and prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and handling inquiries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in international business, trade, or investment
  • Japanese language skills preferred but not required

Minimum USD Salary: 55,000
Maximum USD Salary: 56,000
