Job Description
Our client is seeking a part time (20 hours per week) contractor for a hybrid position in Round Rock, TX for a Sales Admin that is Japanese bilingual. This maybe a contract to hire as well with the workload increase later this fall.
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to serve as a vital link between our customers, sales team, and overseas teams in Korea and Japan. This role is perfect for a bilingual professional who excels at managing the initial quotation to processing orders to ensuring a smooth delivery. You will be a point of contact for customer inquiries.Primary Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Act as the liaison for the customer, answering inquiries and providing prompt and professional updates. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, both the purchasing and technical groups.
- Order Management: Prepare formal sales quotations and process incoming purchase orders (POs) with high accuracy, while maintaining pricing structures.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee order fulfillment, including domestic inventory and international shipments from overseas.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative backing to the sales team, including generating reports and maintaining customer records.
Qualifications & Skills
Critical Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal) is required
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar, with a strong emphasis on Excel (data entry, basic formulas) and Word.
Important Qualifications:
- B2B Experience: Previous experience in a business-to-business sales support or administrative environment.
