Overview of the role:
The Associate Brand Manager serves as a key driver of brand execution and customer engagement between Wonderfield Houston and its audiences. This role is responsible for supporting and managing branding initiatives, marketing communications, website content, promotions for SNOWFRUIT, and internal marketing requests across Wonderfield Houston.
Key responsibilities include development and coordination of promotional materials (flyers, posters, digital assets), management of social media calendars, coordination of photoshoots, and oversight of campaign execution. This role also supports franchise recruitment marketing initiatives and ensures consistent brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position blends strategic coordination with hands-on execution, requiring strong project management skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support and execute integrated brand marketing strategies across SNOWFRUIT and Wonderfield Houston.
- Manage development of marketing assets including flyers, posters, presentations, and digital content
- Oversee social media calendars, scheduling, and content coordination across platforms
- Support website updates and ensure timely execution of digital marketing content
- Coordinate photoshoots, brand activations, and marketing events
- Partner with internal teams to manage marketing requests and ensure brand consistency
- Support franchise recruitment marketing through campaign execution and branded materials
- Assist in planning and execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and retail partnerships
- Track marketing performance and support reporting and insights for leadership
- Maintain organized project timelines and manage multiple concurrent priorities
Qualifications:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong creative judgment and attention to brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Understanding of basic marketing analytics and reporting
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated communications
- Proven experience supporting and executing marketing campaigns
- Experience managing social media and content coordination
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in food & beverage, retail, or franchise-based organizations
- Exposure to digital marketing, paid social, or content strategy
- Experience coordinating photoshoots or creative production
- Familiarity with website platforms and digital content workflows
- Experience working across multiple brands or business units
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Products (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc), Hootsuite and Uberall is a plus.
