Golden Gai Line Cook

We are looking for a Line Cook to join our team! This is a FT position, that requires open availability.

Golden Gai is a cozy, izakaya-inspired space focusing on sushi and small plates, along with a large selection of gin and unique cocktails.

-Open availability including evenings and weekends
-2+ years working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
-Sushi / Japanese cusine experience is a big advantage!
-Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude with a teamplayer mindset
-Ability to work under pressure
-Must be able to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
