We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Server to join our newest concept sushi restaurant called Icarho at the Hyatt Regency Orlando! This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in high-volume environments and have a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to guests in a fast-paced sushi bar setting
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions about ingredients and preparation
• Collaborate closely with sushi chefs and fellow team members to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in accordance with health and safety standards
• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of high-volume serving experience required; hotel or upscale dining experience preferred
• Familiarity with Japanese cuisine, sushi terminology, and sake pairings is a strong asset
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours, including holidays.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor

• This position primarily supports dinner service only
