Bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant

Bilingual executive administrative assistant needed in Plano, TX to support a company president (business-level Japanese and English required)

Lingua Science is recruting for a Japanese-English bilingual executive administrative assistant in Plano, Texas.

This is a temp-to-direct-hire position.

Duties:

• Support the company president with general administrative tasks.
• Arrange and coordinate executive-level and company-wide meetings.
• Attend meetings as assigned, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Make travel arrangements and handle scheduling.
• Support the preparation of executive presentations, reports, and plans.
• Gather and analyze incoming communications to assist with information flow and report preparation.
• Answer phone calls and emails and manage executive correspondence.
• Support communication between US operations and the head office in Japan.
• Support special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Business level proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Associate’s degree or equivalent level of education and experience
• 2-3 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives
• MSOffice proficiency
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
• Excellent people skills and professional demeanor
